King ACP Quality System
King has developed and implemented an advanced, proprietary QA system called AutoCheckPoint. It conducts fully in-process automated monitoring of each phase of bearing production.
This process ensures that superior quality is built into each bearing from the start. This sophisticated system is integrated into our ERP module, and can uncover potential production problems on the spot to allow any issues to be resolved immediately.
King produces its full line of bearings entirely in-house. This allows for complete control of the entire production process and results in an unequalled level of product quality.

Today, King’s research & development department (TechLab) is recognized as a leading technology authority in bearing science.
Outperforms the industry’s wall thickness tolerance, ensuring the least thickness variation shell-to-shell.
Bull's Eye ToleranceA 90⁰ oil groove shape, keep oil flow intact, increases bearing load capacity by expanding the surface area.
U-GrooveA newly designed oil slot/oil hole hybrid that improves oil ingress, without affecting the bearing’s surface.
ElliptixAn optimal crush height value obtained from an optimization process of each performance bearing crush height
RadialockAn optimized eccentricity value reached through elasto-hydrodynamic analysis and dynamic calculations.
EccentrixPrevents lug generated oil leaks while achieving better load capacity and oil film distribution.
SmartLugEnables adding a locating pin, thus improving bearing stability particularly in aluminum housing, that may be compromised by excessive housing expansion and loosing bearing press fit, that occurs in extreme heat conditions.
