30-Day Return Policy

At King Engine Builders, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility Criteria:

The item must be unused and sealed in its unopened plastic shrinkwrap package. It must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Service team here to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within [5] business days.

Exceptions:

Custom build-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Items marked as closeout or final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Cancellations:
