Rookie of the year candidate and King Engine Bearing Team Member of brand Ambassadors, Justin Ashley and his team at Davis Motorsports delivered an impressive win, a first for Ashley, in the postponed finals of the Summernationals event of the Mello Yello 2020 Top Fuel Racing season.
The Strutmasters.com Top Fuel dragster packs 11,000 horsepower and a superb team of professionals that helped Ashley to win his first NHRA cup.
Following the winning race, Justin had worm words to say about his opponent TJ Zizzo, and said he was very emotional about this dream finally coming true. Ashley also said in reference to King: “a great team consists of the right people, right parts, and right partners. Thank you for being with us every step of the way. Our race program is better because of it”.
King is continuing developing innovative Top Fuel bearings with Justin Ashley and aim to help him continue winning.
On October 2nd, Justin Will be Racing the Midwest Nationals in St. Louis.
